About Us

This website project arose from the need for a "human resource" for people contemplating career transitions amidst the pandemic-imposed shift in traditional workplaces and labor markets. Notion  recounts others' personal experiences to offer jobseekers suggested career paths based on work environment preferences and personality types, from those with similar natures. 

 

We as humans have rich ethnographic information to share with each other that can move us ahead in the way we approach economic mobility and the aspirations of a fulfilling career. By generating this collective resource, we are creating a unique whole greater than the sum of each of us as individuals and transforming the notion of the "job hunt." We've been pursuing work and careers for decades, and in the 21st century we can be doing it with a better, data-informed, human touch.
